紫坤化斑方对过敏性紫癜治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究紫坤化斑方对于过敏性紫癜混合型(血热妄行证)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准患儿随机分成2组。对照组使用地氯雷他定、葡萄糖酸钙、维生素C和泼尼松;观察组在此基础上加用中药紫坤化斑方。考察2组治疗后的有效率、中医证候积分、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)指标,并随访疼痛消失时间、尿蛋白转阴时间。结果:观察组有效率、中医证候积分降低方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后CRP和D-Dimer在2组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。观察组疼痛缓解天数优于对照组(P<0.05)。在尿蛋白转阴时间方面,观察组和治疗组未体现出差异性。结论:紫坤化斑方治疗过敏性紫癜疗效确切,具有很好的临床优势。Objective: To study the clinical effect of Zikun Huaban Formula on the mixed type of allergic purpura (syndrome of frenetic movement of blood due to heat). Methods: Children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with desloratadine, calcium gluconate, vitamin C and prednisone, while the observation group was treated with Zikun Huaban Formula additionally. Effective rate, TCM syndrome score, C-reactive protein (CRP) and D-dimer were evaluated after treatment in the two groups, and pain disappearance time and urinary protein negative time were followed up. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of the effective rate and the decrease of TCM syndrome score ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in CRP and D-Dimer between the two groups after treatment ( P >0.05). The pain relief days in the observation group were better than those in the control group ( P < 0.05). There was no difference between the observation group and the treatment group in the time of negative urinary protein. Conclusion: Zikun Huaban Formula is effective in treating allergic purpura, and has good clinical advantages.
