摘  要:该文对比研究了在试验室内压振成型条件下,骨料粒径、水泥强度等级、用水量、水胶比、砂率对联锁块混凝土各方面性能的影响,结果表明:较小的骨料粒径与较高的水泥强度等级能够改善和提高联锁块混凝土的成型表观质量与早期强度;改进VC值能够更加定量地表征联锁块混凝土的拌合物性能,并与用水量呈负相关;随着水胶比的增大,硬化后的联锁块混凝土强度有规律地降低;砂率的适当提高对联锁块混凝土改进VC值与抗压强度的影响不大,但会明显改善联锁块混凝土的耐磨性。Comparative study was made on effects of aggregate particle size,cement strength grade,water consumption,water-to-binder ratio and sand ratio on the properties of interlocking block concrete under the condition of pressure-moulding in the test room.The results showed that the smaller aggregate size and the higher cement strength grade can improve the apparent quality of forming and early strength of the interlocking block concrete;the improved VC value can more accurately characterize the performance of interlocking block concrete mixture and is negatively correlated with the water consumption;as the water-to-binder ratio increases,the strength of interlocking block concrete after hardening decreases regularly;proper increase of sand rate has little effect on the improved VC value and compressive strength of interlocking block concrete,but it will be significantly improve wear resistance of interlocking block concrete.
