摘　　要：将建筑结构最基本的两个要素-安全与经济-直观地结合起来,在分析结构体系可靠度和单个构件失效敏感性的基础上,通过构建外部收益率模型来建立构件成本在建设、使用阶段的关系,并由此关系提出了一种基于结构体系可靠度的经济评价模型,并利用外部收益率来得到工程项目要达到在建设阶段和使用阶段目标可靠度的成本的经济评价,并由此判断该项目是否可行。This paper intuitively combined the two basic elements of the building structure,safety and cost,to analyze the structural system reliability and the susceptibility of the single component failure,and established the external cost model to present the relationship of the cost in the construction phase and usage phase.Based on this relationship,an economic evaluation model based on the structural system reliability was proposed,and the external rate of return was used to obtain an economic evaluation of the cost of the project to achieve the target reliability in the construction phase and the usage phase.And according to this,the project was judged whether it was feasible.
