关于黄河河口航道治理的初步思考

摘　　要：简要总结了黄河河口流路演变和治理概况以及国内外河口航道治理现状,提出了黄河河口航道治理初步措施和建议:黄河河口航道治理需要与河口综合治理相结合,以实现全面治理;治理措施主要是整治和疏浚相结合,包括整治河道控制工程长度和完善节点工程,加大挖沙降河力度,开展拦门沙泥沙治理;航道治理要有动态的理念,适应河口演变规律;尊重河口自然规律并制定科学的治理方案;加强现场监测、生态监测与航道建设管理,保证航道治理的顺利开展。This paper briefly summarizes the evolution and treatment of the Yellow River estuary and the current treatment situation of estuary waterway at home and abroad, and puts forward the preliminary measures and suggestions for the treatment of the Yellow River estuary waterway. The waterway regulation of the Yellow River estuary should be combined with the comprehensive treatment of the estuary in order to achieve comprehensive regulation. The control measures are mainly the combination of regulation and dredging, including rectification of river courses, control of project length, improvement of node engineering, increasing the intensity of dredging the sand and reducing the river, and implementation of sand and sediment control. The waterway treatment must have a dynamic concept to adapt to the evolution of the estuary. The natural law of the estuary must be respected and scientific plans should be formulated. It is necessary to strengthen on-site monitoring, ecological monitoring and waterway construction management to ensure the smooth development of waterway treatment.
