低温甲醇洗系统高浓度酸性气CO含量超标原因分析

摘  要:煤气化装置低温甲醇洗系统在装置运行过程中出现外送硫磺装置高浓度酸性气CO含量超标问题,通过理论分析及工艺参数调整,发现低温甲醇洗流程中存在物料串气的风险,导致高浓度酸性气组分出现大幅变化,根据装置实际情况提出有效解决措施。During the operation of low temperature methanol washing system in coal gasification plant, we found excessive CO content in high concentration acidic gas in a unit,which is used to send sulfur outside. We tried to find the reasons by theoretical study and adjustment of process parameters,and found that in low temperature methanol washing process, there existed a risk of blow-by, which led to big change of acidic gas content. An effective solution was presented according to the real situation of the plant.
