摘　　要：水泥混凝土机场道面板常见的尺寸为长5~6m、宽4~5m、厚0.3m。在既有的道板收缩应力与翘曲应力理论的基础上,分析相关参数,推导建立了混凝土机场道面板厚长比计算公式,将混凝土机场道面的板长设计由经验取用转变为理论-经验计算设计,针对某一特定机场进行分析,得出最优化的板长设计。并且引进橡胶集料混凝土材料参数,在给定的厚度条件下,分析和计算了橡胶集料混凝土面板与普通混凝土面板的相对板长变化,得到了橡胶集料混凝土机场道面板最大板长,其数值可数倍于普通混凝土。同时提供某机场道面现场试验案例,对大厚长比的橡胶集料混凝土道面板进行工程验证和观察。Cement concrete is applied to airport pavement with a normal slab size of 5~6 m length,4~5 m width,and 0.3 m depth.Based on the existing theory of shrinkage stress and warpage stress,the paper analyzes the relevant parameters and deduces the formula of the maximum slab length of concrete airport pavement,which develops the design of slab length of concrete airport pavement from experience to semi-theoretical and semi-empirical calculation.The design of slab length becomes specific to achieve optimum and better economic efficiency.The crumb rubber concrete has a good potential to be applied in the field of airport pavement and the slab size can be enlarged under a given thickness condition.The parameters of crumb rubber concrete are introduced to analyze and calculate the slab length of crumb rubber concrete,and the maximum slab length of crumb rubber concrete airport pavement have been obtained,which could be several times of that of ordinary concrete.Finally,the engineering verification and observation of crumb rubber concrete pavement slab of large radio of length to thickness are carried out through the field test.
