摘 要:[目的]探讨盐酸脱绒处理对白羊草种子活力的影响。[方法]通过浓度(V/V)为30%、40%、50%、60%和70%的盐酸分别处理0、1、5、10和15min,分析其发芽率、平均发芽时间、发芽指数和幼苗活力指数的变化规律。[结果]盐酸浓度及浸种时间均对白羊草种子活力具有极显著(P<0.01)影响。白羊草种子发芽率、发芽指数和幼苗活力指数均随盐酸浓度的增加而降低,而其平均发芽时间则逐渐增大;盐酸浓度为30%~60%时,白羊草种子发芽率、发芽指数和幼苗活力指数均随浸种时间的延长呈先升后降的趋势,70%盐酸浸种时则呈下降趋势。[结论]轻度盐酸浸种能有效提高白羊草种子的活力,但过度盐酸浸种则相反。浓度为30%的盐酸浸种1min时对白羊草种子活力具有最佳的促进作用。[Objectives]This study was undertaken to investigate the influence of hydrochloric acidon seed vigour of Bothriochloa ischaemum .[Methods] B.ischaemum seeds were soaked in hydrochloric acid atdifferent concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% for 0,1,5, 10, and 15 min, and the variations in term of germination percentage, mean germination time,germination index, and seedling vigour indexwere analyzed to determine the impact of delinting treatments with hydrochloric acidon the seed germination of B.ischaemum .[Results] The influence of both hydrochloric acid concentrations and soaking times were significantly higher ( P < 0.001) on the seed vigor of B.ischaemum . The germination percentage, germination index and seedling vigor index of B.ischaemum were decreased with the increase of hydrochloric acid concentrations,while their mean germination time was gradually prolonged. When the concentrations of hydrochloric acid were between 10% and 40%, the germination percentage, germination index, andseedling vigor index of B. chaemum were increased at the beginning and then declined with the extension of soaking time, and peaked at the concentration of 40%.[Conclusion] The seed vigour of B.ischaemum could be effectively improved by mild treatments with hydrochloric acid, but the negative effects were observed by excessive treatments with hydrochloric acid. The most effective treatment in term of promoting the seed vigour of B.ischaemum was using hydrochloric acid atthe concentration of 10% and seed soaking for1min.
