基于GoPubMed显微手术治疗精索静脉曲张研究的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的:本文对PubMed数据库中显微手术治疗精索静脉曲张相关研究进行文献计量统计,分析该领域的发展现状及研究趋势。方法:利用GoPubMed检索输入"varicocele[mesh]",通过"Find concepts in Knowledge Base"查找"microsurgery",检索1977年1月1日至2019年12月31日被PubMed收录的显微手术治疗精索静脉曲张相关文献,并基于Statistics功能展开计量方法,从主题词、出版年限、载文期刊、核心著作群、作者所属国家和城市等方面进行可视化分析。结果:PubMed中共收录文献262篇,整体研究呈上升趋势,至2012年达历史最高,但近3年来出现阶段性回落;文献中高频词有显微手术、精索静脉曲张、男性、人类、患者等;文献发表前三位的国家依次为美国(46篇,17.56%)、意大利(34篇,12.98%)、中国(32篇,12.21%),约占总文献的43%;按城市统计,前三名分别是纽约(24篇,9.16%)、多伦多和罗马并列第二(12篇,4.58%)、蒙特利尔(9篇,3.44%),中国(广州、上海)作者发表文献共14篇;发表前3位的期刊依次为《Urology》(35篇)、《Journal of Urology》(19篇)、《Fertility and Sterility》(16篇),但影响因子普遍较低;目前显微手术治疗精索静脉曲张的研究仍以国外区域学者为主,Zini A、Gupta M发表的文献量居于前列,且合作关系密切。结论:尽管以"varicocele[mesh]microsurgery"为主题词来检索GoPubMed,仍未完全检索出我国学者发表的中文文献,作为检索到的部分文献样本可在一定程度上反映近年来显微手术治疗精索静脉曲张的状况。通过分析发现,显微手术与精索静脉曲张之间的相互关系已逐渐成为研究热点,我国应需进一步加强对该领域的相关研究。Objective:To add up the related literatures of varicocele treated by microsurgery in PubMed to explore and analyze the development situation and research trend in this field. Methods: GoPubMed was used to retrieve "varicocele [mesh]" and search "microsurgery" through "Find concepts in Knowledge Base".The relevant literature named varicocele treated by microsurgery in PubMed from to January 1,1977 to December 31,2018 was to obtain the visualized results about the subjects,publication dates,research partnership,periodicals,authors' countries and cities,and the bibliometric analysis was conducted with Statistics. Results: PubMed included 262 literatures and the search results showed an upward trend,which number reached historical top in 2012,but had been a gradual decline in the past 3 years.The high-frequency words were microsurgery,varicocele,male,humans,patients,etc.The first country of the publication of the literatures was United States(46,17.56%),followed by Italy(34,12.98%),China(32,12.21%),about 43% of the total literature.The top three cities literatures from were New York(24,9.16%),Toronto and Roma(12,4.58%),Montreal(9,3.44%).Authors of Chinese cities(Guangzhou,Shanghai)published a total of 14 articles. The top three productive journals were Urology(35),Journal of Urology(19),Fertility and Sterility(16),but these impact factors were generally lower.At present,the research on microsurgical treatment of varicocele is still based on foreign regional scholars. Zini A was the leading author,followed by Gupta M,and and the cooperation network was made between Zini A and Gupta M. Conclusion: Although the term "varicocele [mesh] microsurgery"is used to search Go PubMed,and the literatures in Chinese were not all retrieved,the retrieved those as samples could be partly reflect the status of varicocele treated by microsurgery research. After analysis,we can find the related research on microsurgery and varicocele is to become the hot spots in andrology,and which is attempted to be futher strengthened in China.
