摘　　要：随着近年来中国-东盟自贸区升级、中资企业走出去及“一带一路”倡议的推进,“一带一路”建设为东盟经济金融发展注入了活力。文章探讨了“一带一路”倡议下发展东盟金融市场业务的有利条件及制约因素,并从加强风险管理、拓展双边金融市场合作、构建双边本币结算机制、推动发展绿色金融等方面,提出拓展东盟地区金融市场业务的策略建议。With the upgrading of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area, the going abroad of Chinese enterprises and the advancement of the “Belt and Road” strategy in recent years, the “Belt and Road” construction has injected vitality into the economic and financial development of ASEAN nations. The article explores the favorable conditions and constraints for the development of the ASEAN financial market business under the “Belt & Road” initiative, and proposes strategic advices for the expansion of financial market operations in the ASEAN region from the perspectives of strengthening risk management, expanding bilateral financial market cooperation, building bilateral local currency settlement mechanisms, and promoting the development of green finance.
