“活血散风、调和肝脾”针刺法对高血压前期病人血压、颈动脉内-中膜厚度及左室质量指数的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察“活血散风、调和肝脾”针刺法对高血压前期病人血压、颈动脉内-中膜厚度、左室质量指数的影响。方法 用随机数字表法将41例高血压前期病人分成治疗组(21例)及对照组(20例)。两组在健康生活方式干预下,针刺组予“活血散风、调和肝脾”针刺法治疗8周,共40次。观察高血压前期病人血压进展情况及对颈动脉内-中膜厚度、左室质量指数的影响。结果 与对照组相比,治疗组在第6个月及第12个月时总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组;治疗后颈动脉内-中膜厚度低于治疗前(P<0.05),而对照组颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度比治疗前要厚,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组治疗后左室质量指数与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,),且劣于治疗前。结论 “活血散风,调和肝脾”针刺法对缓解高血压前期进展为高血压的进程、改善颈动脉内-中膜厚度、左室质量指数有明显效果。Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture method of activating blood circulation,dispersing wind and regulating liver and spleen on blood pressure (BP),carotid intima-media thickness (IMT),and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) in patients with pre-hypertension. Methods Forty-one patients with pre-hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group (21 cases) and control group (20 cases).Patients were treated with the intervention of healthy lifestyle in two groups.Patients in treatment group were treated with acupuncture method of activating blood circulation,dispersing wind and regulating liver and spleen for eight weeks,forty times.The progress of BP,carotid IMT,and LVMI levels were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group at the 6th and12th months ( P <0.05).After treatment,the carotid IMT was better in the treatment group than that before treatment ( P <0.05).LVMI in the control group was significantly different from that before treatment ( P <0.05),which was higher than that before treatment. Conclusion Acupuncture method of activating blood circulation,dispersing wind and regulating liver and spleen can relieve the progression of pre-hypertension to hypertension,improve carotid IMT and LVMI in patients with pre-hypertension.
