益气养阴法对心律失常病人心脏功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察益气养阴法对心律失常病人心脏功能的影响。方法 选取2014年12月—2016年12月在我院接受治疗的心律失常病人80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施西医常规治疗,观察组在西医常规疗法基础上给予自拟益气养阴活血复脉汤,观察并对比两组病人的临床疗效、心电图、心功能改善情况、不良反应发生情况等。结果 治疗后观察组总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(χ^2=4.114,P=0.043);治疗后两组心脏期前收缩例数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),但观察组心脏期前收缩减少明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组心功能均较治疗前改善,且观察组左心功能改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率比对照组低(χ^2=11.250,P=0.001)。结论 益气养阴法联合西医常规治疗心律失常可以改善病人心功能,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin therapy on cardiac function in patients with arrhythmia. Methods Eighty patients with arrhythmia from December2014 to December2016 were randomly divided into two groups:control group( n =40) treated with routine treatment,and treatment group( n =40) treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Fumai Decoction(YYHFD) in the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,the improvement of electrocardiogram and heart function,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(95.0% vs 80.0%,χ^2=4.114, P =0.043).After treatment,the number of premature beats in two groups decreased( P <0.05), which was significantly better in treatment group than that in the control group( P <0.05).After treatment,the cardiac function were improved in two groups compared with that before treatment( P <0.05),the improvement of cardiac function was significantly better in treatment group than that in the control group( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in treatment group than that in control group(χ^2=11.250, P =0.001). Conclusion Supplementing qi and nourishing yin therapy with routine treatment can improve cardiac function,effectively and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with arrhythmia.
