文化认同危机下的中华文化价值观重构

摘　　要：近代以来,中国出现了一场由经济、科技力量悬殊而导致的文化上的认同危机。通过解析文化的构成可以发现,从文化层面适时倡导中华文化价值观重构,以具有历史血脉与当下联系的中华文化价值观凝聚中华民族的文化向心力,提升中国在中华文明文化辐射区域内的文化软实力,是化解危机的一个很好的途径。中华文化价值观,是中华民族在历史发展过程中,在中华传统文化影响下所形成的具有中华民族心理特征与行为价值规范特征的稳定持久的价值观念。它深入中国人民的内心,指引着中国人的价值行为选择。遵循共性原则、主体原则及前瞻性原则,以对自然、对人、对社会、对事、对精神的态度可初步构建起中华文化价值观的稳定内核,并从文化维、民族维、地域维三个维度构成中华文化及其价值观结构体系。Since modern times,China experienced a cultural identity crisis caused by economic and technological gap with some western countries. By analyzing the composition of culture,we find that it is a good way to resolve the crisis by advocating the reconstruction of Chinese cultural values from the cultural level,gathering the cultural centripetal force of the Chinese nation with connecting the past and the present and enhancing China’s cultural soft power in its radiation area. Chinese cultural values are stable and lasting values under the influence of Chinese traditional culture in the course of historical development with Chinese psychological traits and behavioral norms. It goes deep into the hearts of the Chinese people and guides their choice of values and behaviors. Following the principles of commonality,subjectivity and foresight,we will build Chinese culture and its value structure system with attitudes towards nature,people,society,affairs and spirit from three dimensions: cultural,national and regional dimensions.
