摘　　要：中医外治法的产生和发展一直紧跟中医药的脚步前行,其内容丰富,应用面广,是历代医家基于中医理论探索出的一门区别于西方医学的外治疗法。中医外治法的分类繁多,针对性强,还具有操作简单,副作用小,见效迅速的特点。随着临床研究的深入,很多医家开始广泛使用多治法组合治疗疾病,而中医外治疗法也参与其中,笔者将中医外治法合并内服中药汤剂应用于临床治疗心血管疾病,疗效显著。The emergence and development of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has been following the footsteps of TCM, which is rich in content and wide in application. It is a kind of external therapy which is different from western medicine which was explored by physicians of all dynasties based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has many kinds of classification, strong pertinence, simple operation, small side effect and quick effect. With the deepening of clinical research, many doctors began to widely use multi-treatment combination therapy, and external Chinese medicine therapy also participated;the author used Chinese medicine external therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in clinical treatment of cardiovascular disease, the curative effect is remarkable.
