摘 要:在一台长安CM8手动档的厢式车上,研究优化后的喷油控制策略的节油效果。研究集成了无怠速行车控制技术、发动机自动启动技术和混合能源及双蓄电池供电技术的控制系统对节油效果的影响。长安CM8手动档厢式车加入了集成三种技术的“无怠速控制系统”后进行道路试验研究,结果表明,节油效果显著,节油率轻载时约为25%,重载时超过25%。The fuel-saving effect of the optimized fuel injection control strategy was studied on a Changan CM8 van with manual shift gear. The influence of the control system integrated with three technologies on the fuel saving effect was studied, and the three technologies are the no-idle speed control technology, the timely start-up technology, and the hybrid energy supply technology. After adding the “no-idle speed control system” integrated with the three technologies into the CM8 manual vane car, the road test results show that the fuel saving is remarkable, and the fuel saving rate is about 20% of the light load, more than 25% of over load.
