摘　　要：目的 探讨信息化数据管理对家庭无创通气慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的影响。方法 通过我科家庭无创通气COPD患者管理信息系统,以目的抽样方式选取2016年1月至2018年1月30例拥有家用呼吸机内置智能存储卡的COPD患者为研究对象,利用自身前后对照实验,比较信息化数据管理实施前后呼吸困难量表(mMRC)分级、6min步行试验(6MWT)距离、血气分析指标[血氧饱和度(SpO2)与呼气末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)]。结果 信息化数据管理实施后患者6MWT步行距离长于实施前(P<0.05),mMRC分级优于实施前(P<0.05),SpO2高于实施前(P<0.05),PETCO2低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 家庭无创通气COPD患者信息化数据管理构建,可有效提高活动耐力,缓解呼吸肌疲劳,促进血气指标恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of informational data management on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)patients with non-invasive ventilation at home. Methods To select 30 cases of COPD patients who had built-in smart memory card of home ventilator from January 2016 to January 2018 as the study subjects by purpose sampling method from the management information system of COPD patients with non-invasive ventilation at home. By the before and after control experiment, we compared the grading of dyspnea scale (mMRC), distance of 6 min walk test (6MWT), blood gas analysis index [sodium oxygen saturation(SpO 2) and end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure (PETCO 2)] before and after the implementation of informational data management. Results After the implementation of informational data management, the patients' 6MWT walking distances were longer than that before the implementation( P <0.05). The mMRC classification was better than that before the implementation( P <0.05). The SpO 2 was higher than that before the implementation( P <0.05), and the PETCO 2 was lower than that before the implementation( P <0.05). Conclusion The construction of informational data management for non-invasive ventilation COPD patients at home can improve the activity endurance effectively, and relieve respiratory muscle fatigue. In addition, it can promote the recovery of blood gas index,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
