层级护理管理在控制血液净化静脉留置导管患者感染率中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨层级护理管理在控制血液净化静脉留置导管患者感染率中应用的效果。方法 选取2017年4月至2018年3月我院接收的血液净化静脉留置导管患者25例作为研究组,采用层级护理管理;另选取我院2016年4月至2017年3月接收的血液净化静脉留置导管患者25例作为对照组,采用常规护理管理。比较管理前后护理质量评分情况,比较两组护理管理效果、感染发生率。结果 研究组护理管理效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);层级管理后护理质量各指标评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在控制血液净化静脉留置导管患者感染率的过程中应用层级护理管理,效果明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical nursing management in controlling the infection rate of patients with blood purification by intravenous indwelling catheter. Methods To select 25 cases of patients with blood purification by intravenous indwelling catheter in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 as the study group, and patients in this group were managed by hierarchical nursing. We selected 25 patients with blood purification by intravenous indwelling catheter in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 as the control group, and treated them by routine nursing management. We compared the quality of nursing scores before and after management, the effects of nursing management and the incidence of infection in the two groups. Results The nursing management effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). The incidence of infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).The scores of the quality of the nursing after the hierarchical management were higher than those before the management,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing management in the process of controlling the infection rate of patients with blood purification by intravenous indwelling catheter has remarkable effects,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
