摘　　要：目的 探讨针对性护理对淋巴瘤化疗患儿不良反应的影响。方法 选取2016年1月至2017年10月我院收治的淋巴瘤患儿106例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用针对性护理。比较两组患儿生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患儿生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组不良反应发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对淋巴瘤患儿化疗过程中实施针对性护理,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on adverse reactions in children with lymphoma chemotherapy. Methods To select 106 children with lymphoma who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and study group with the same number of patients. The control group was treated by routine nursing, while the study group was given targeted nursing. The quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying targeted care in children with lymphoma during chemotherapy has remarkable effects,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
