摘　　要：目的 探讨动画视频行术前访视对动脉瘤患者自我效能与手术配合度的影响。方法 选取2017年2月至2018年2月我院行动脉瘤手术患者68例,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组在常规术前访视基础上采用动画视频的方式。比较两组患者的焦虑程度、自我效能及手术配合度。结果 手术前观察组患者焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的症状管理自我效能和疾病共性管理自我效能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),手术配合度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 术前访视中应用动画视频可有效降低动脉瘤患者焦虑情绪,提高其自我效能及手术配合度。Objective To explore the effect of pre-operative visits by animated video on the self-efficacy and surgical cooperation degree of patients with aneurysm. Methods We selected 68 patients who underwent aneurysm surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018, and divided them into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine preoperative visits. On the basis of this, the observation group was given preoperative visits by animated video. The anxiety degree, self-efficacy and surgical cooperation degree of the two groups were compared. Results Before the surgery,the anxiety score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05).The scores of symptom management self-efficacy and disease common management self-efficacy of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). The surgical cooperation degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying animated video in preoperative visits can reduce the anxiety of patients with aneurysms effectively. In addition, it can improve their self-efficacy and surgical cooperation degree.
