摘 要:目的 分析大面积脑梗死减压术患者术后实施早期胃肠内营养护理干预对其预后的影响。方法 纳入2016-12-2017-12于郑州市惠济区人民医院接受大面积脑梗死减压术治疗的76例患者,按入院日期单双号分为研究组(38例)、对照组(38例),研究组早期胃肠内营养护理干预,对照组常规护理,观察2组预后效果、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 研究组预后效果优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 大面积脑梗死减压术患者术后实施早期胃肠内营养护理干预效果显著,可提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with large area cerebral infarction decompression. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,76 patients who underwent extensive cerebral infarction decompression in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into study groups (38 patients) according to the admission date.38 cases),study group:early enteral nutrition nursing intervention,control group:routine nursing,observation of two groups of prognosis,complication rate,nursing satisfaction. Results Comparison of prognostic effects,The study group was superior to the control group.The complication rate was compared,the study group was lower than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was compared,the study group was higher than the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with extensive cerebral infarction decompression have significant effects in early postoperative enteral nutrition nursing intervention,which can improve the satisfaction of nursing and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of implementation.
