摘 要:采用全自动消解仪,选用硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸消解体系(国标法)和氢氟酸-高氯酸消解体系(两酸法),对5种国家土壤标准物质和5种实际土壤样品进行消解,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定Cu、Pb、Zn、Cr、Cd、Ni 6种目标元素。结果表明:5种标准物质中Cu、Zn、Cd和Ni的2种酸体系消解方法的回收率为90%~105%,Pb和Cr国标法的回收率均明显高于两酸法。5种实际土壤样品的2种消解方法精密度均较好,Cu、Cd和Ni含量无显著性差异,Cr含量有显著性影响,实际土壤样品中四川红壤的Pb、Zn含量有显著性影响。HNO 3-HCl-HF-HClO 4 digestion system (recommended by national standard method) and HF-HClO 4 digestion system (two-acid method) were selected to digest five kinds of national standard soil materials and five kinds of actual samples by a full-automatic digestion instrument,and Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr, Cd and Ni target elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).It was shown that the recovery rate for Cu, Zn, Cd and Ni among five standard materials by the both digestion systems reached 90%~105%.The recovery rate of Pb and Cr by the national standard method was obviously higher than that by the two-acid method.The two digestion methods for five actual soil samples showed good precision degree.There was no significant difference in the content of Cu, Cd and Ni, a significant influence on the content of Cr was indicated, and the content of Pb and Zn of actual soil sample-3 (red soil from Sichuan) was significantly influenced.
