温针灸治疗产后功能性尿潴留临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸治疗产后功能性尿潴留的有效性及安全性。方法:选取我院于2016年8月-2018年6月收治的产后功能性尿潴留患者32例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各16例。治疗组采用温针灸治疗,对照组采用艾灸治疗,运用彩超测定两组膀胱残余尿量,观察治疗后的排尿情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,治疗组治疗后膀胱残余尿量(35.47±11.21)mL,对照组治疗后膀胱残余尿量(76.23±20.01)mL,治疗组治疗后膀胱残余尿量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用温针灸治疗产后功能性尿潴留临床效果明显,能有效促进患者自行排尿功能,安全有效,经院伦理委员会同意,值得临床推广及应用。Objective:To observe safety and efficacy of warm acupuncture on postpartum functional uroschesis.Methods:32 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,16 cases in each.The treatment group was treated by warm acupuncture;and the control group was treated by moxibustion.Results:The efficiency in the treatment group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 75.0% in the control group.Bladder residual urine volume in the treatment group was (35.47+11.21) mL.The residual urine volume of bladder after treatment in the control group was (76.23+20.01) mL.The amount of bladder residual urine in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture on postpartum functional urinary retention shows a good effect,can promote the self-voiding function of patients,is safe and effective.This experiment was passed by the hospital ethics committee,and is worthy of promotion.
