名老中医陈学忠经验方滋肾柔肝汤治疗眩晕(高血压病)的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察名老中医陈学忠经验方滋肾柔肝汤联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗肝肾亏虚型眩晕(高血压病)的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为两组,对照组45例采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片降压,观察组45例采用滋肾柔肝汤联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片降压,对两组疗效进行观察比较。结果:对照组总有效率为77.78%,观察组总有效率为88.89%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾柔肝汤联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片可显著改善肝肾亏虚型眩晕(高血压病)的血压情况及临床症状,疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Zishen Rougan decoction (滋肾柔肝汤) from TCM master Chen Xuezhong plus amlodipine besylate tablets on vertigo (hypertension) of the Ganshen Kuixu type (肝肾亏虚型).Methods:Ninety patients were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and 45 patients in the observation group were treated with the Zishen Rougan decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the control group was 77.78%, and 88.89% in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zishen Rougan decoction plus amlodipine besylate tablets can significantly improve blood pressure and clinical symptoms of vertigo (hypertension) of the Ganshen Kuixu type.
