贝那普利联合加味杞菊地黄汤治疗高血压病患者的疗效及对血清UA、LP(α)水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨贝那普利联合加味杞菊地黄汤治疗高血压病患者的影响。方法:选取我院于2016年12月-2017年12月收治的100例高血压病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用贝那普利治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合加味杞菊地黄汤进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效及对血清尿酸(UA)、脂蛋白(α)[LP(α)]水平的影响。结果:研究组患者治疗后血压、空腹时血糖、UA和LP(α)水平均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),血脂改善水平显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者除空腹时血糖外,其他指标较治疗前均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但研究组治疗疗效显著优于对照组,经治疗后研究组患者血压、血脂、空腹时血糖、UA和LP(α)水平均显著低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合加味杞菊地黄汤治疗高血压病较单独使用贝那普利能取得更好的疗效,更好地改善高血压症状。Objective:To explore the effect of benner pury plus the Qiju Dihuang decoction (加味杞菊地黄汤) on hypertension and its serum UA and LP(α) levels.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with benner pury;the study group was treated with the Qiju Dihuang decoction more.The effects and the serum UA and LP(α) were compared between two groups.Results:The level of blood pressure,GLU,UA and LP(α) in the study group were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05).The improvement of blood lipids was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).The other indexes in the control group were lower than before the treatment (P<0.05) except GLU.The effects in the study group were significantly better than the control group;the blood pressure,blood lipid,fasting blood glucose,UA and LP(α) in the study group were significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Benner Pury plusthe Qiju Dihuang decoction on hypertension shows a better effect,can improve symptoms of hypertension better than Benner Pury alone.
