培土生金法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者临床症状及疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析培土生金法应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,AECOPD)患者的临床症状及疗效的影响。方法:本次研究对象为我院在2017年3月-2018年3月期间收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者,共100例,随机等分为对照组与中药组,对照组实施基础药物治疗,分别为抗感染、止咳、平喘等;中药组在对照组的基础上,给予补中益气汤加减的中药汤剂治疗,对比两组患者肺功能、血气分析、疗效等。结果:中药组治疗有效率比对照组高;治疗后,中药组一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)%、FEV1优于对照组;中药组动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血氧分压(Partial Pressure of Oxygen,PaO2)优于对照组,两组数据对比,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将培土生金法应用于AECOPD治疗中,能够有效改善的患者肺功能以及血气指标,具有显著治疗效果。Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Peitu Shengjin therapy (培土生金法) on acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 1818 were randomly divided into the control group and TCM group.The control group took conventional treatment. The TCM group took the Buzhong Yiqi decoction (补中益气汤) more.Results:The efficiency in TCM group was higher.The FEV1% and FEV1 in the TCM group were better than the control group.The PaCO2 and PaO2 in the TCM group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Peitu Shengjin therapy can effectively improve the lung function and Xueqi (血气) index,with good efficacy.
