泻火降逆凉血止血生肌配合射频消融治疗鼻出血

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药泻火降逆凉血止血生肌配合射频消融治疗鼻出血的临床疗效。方法:抽取到我院就诊的顽固性鼻出血患者100例作为本次的研究对象,依照随机数字表法进行分组,每组均占据50例。其中对常规组单纯采取射频消融术治疗,实验组在此基础上给予自拟中药方,对比两组的临床疗效、疾病复发率、凝血指标水平变化情况。结果:治疗前两组的凝血指标比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗后各项指标水平均明显低于常规组,P<0.05;实验组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为96.00%与80.00%,P<0.05;实验组与常规组的疾病复发率分别为4.00%与20.00%,P<0.05。结论:对鼻出血患者采取中药泻火降逆凉血止血生肌配合射频消融治疗的效果显著,便于降低疾病复发率,改善临床症状,值得采纳。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Xiehuo Jiangni Liangxue Zhixue Shengji therapy (泻火降逆凉血止血生肌) plus radiofrequency ablation on nosebleed.Methods:From January 1,2015 to June 30,2017,100 cases were divided in two groups, 50 cases in each.The conventional group was given radiofrequency ablation;and the experimental group was given TCM medicine. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the blood coagulation index between the two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,the indicators in the experimental group were significantly lower than the conventional group,P<0.05.The total effective rates in the experimental group and the conventional group were 96.00% and 80.00%,respectively,P<0.05.The disease recurrence rates in the experimental group and the conventional group were 4.00% and 20.00%,respectively,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Xiehuo Jiangni Liangxue Zhixue Shengji therapy plus radiofrequency ablation on nosebleed showed a good effect,can reduce disease recurrence rate and improve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
