自拟归肾汤联合克罗米芬治疗肾虚血瘀型排卵功能障碍性不孕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟归肾汤联合克罗米芬治疗肾虚血瘀型排卵功能障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:随机选取我院2017年4月-2018年4月接受的60例肾虚血瘀型排卵功能障碍性不孕症患者为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组(30例单独给予自拟归肾汤治疗或克罗米芬治疗)与实验组(30例给予自拟归肾汤联合克罗米芬治疗)。结果:实验组患者治疗后各项激素水平明显优于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡直径均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对于肾虚血瘀型排卵功能障碍性不孕症患者给予自拟归肾汤联合克罗米芬治疗可有效改善患者激素水平,增加子宫内膜厚度,促进优势卵泡成熟。Objective:To observe the Guishen decoction (归肾汤) plus clomiphene on ovulation dysfunction infertility of the Shenxu Xueyu type (肾虚血瘀型).Methods:April 2017 - April 2018,60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given the Guishen decoction or clomiphene simply;and the experimental group was given the Guishen decoction plus clomiphene. Results:After treatment,the hormone levels in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.The endometrial thickness and dominant follicle diameter in the experimental group were better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion: The Guishen decoction plus clomiphene on ovulation dysfunction infertility of the Shenxu Xueyu type show a good effect,can effectively improve hormone levels,increase endometrial thickness,and promote follicular maturation.
