活血通络方坐浴加穴位埋线治疗PPH术后肛门肿痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对混合痔吻合器痔环切术(Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids,PPH)术后患者行中药活血通络方坐浴加穴位埋线治疗,观察患者术后肛门水肿和疼痛改善情况。方法:以PPH术后患者120例为研究对象,随机分为观察组①、观察组②和对照组。观察组①术后予中药活血通络方坐浴。观察组②术后立即予穴位埋线1次,埋线后予中药活血通络方坐浴。对照组给予术后金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴。三组均连续进行1周治疗。结果:观察组②疗效明显优于观察组①及对照组。结论:中药活血通络方坐浴加穴位埋线能有效降低混合痔PPH术后肛门水肿和疼痛,促进创面愈合。Objective:To observe efficacy of hip bath with the Huoxue Tongluo prescription (活血通络方) plus catgut implantation at acupuncture point on anal swelling and pain after PPH.Methods:120 cases were divided into three groups.The observation group 1 was given hip bath with Huoxue Tongluo Fang;the observation group 2 was given hip bath with the Huoxue Tongluo prescription plus catgut implantation at acupuncture point;and the control group was given hip bath with Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San (金玄痔科熏洗散).For 1 week.Results:Efficiency in the observation group 2 was best.Conclusion:Hip bath with the Huoxue Tongluo prescription plus catgut implantation at acupuncture point on anal swelling and pain after PPH show a good effect,can reduce postoperative anal edema and pain, promote wound healing.
