男方年龄对常规体外受精助孕妊娠结局的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:研究男方年龄对常规体外受精(In Vitro Fertilization,IVF)助孕妊娠结局的影响,为临床提供借鉴。方法:以2016年1月-2017年6月本院接诊的常规体外受精助孕女性200例为研究对象,按照男方的年龄进行分组:A组(157例)为丈夫年龄<40岁的女性,B组(43例)为丈夫年龄≥40岁的女性。同时,两组女方年龄均小于35岁,分析两组的妊娠结局,并对其作出比较。结果:男方年龄为25~50岁时,两组的男方精液指标无显著差异,P>0.05;并且,A组的临床妊娠率为60.5%,同B组的58.1%比较差异无显著统计学意义,P>0.05;A组的流产数、宫外孕数、死产数和活产胎次数与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组的新生儿畸形数为1例,B组为0例,组间比较差异无显著统计学意义,P>0.05;A组的新生儿数、出生体重和出生孕周同B组比较差异无显著统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:对于丈夫年龄为22~55岁的<35岁女性施以常规体外受精助孕,基本不会影响到其妊娠结局。Objective:To study effect of male age on pregnancy outcome in vitro fertilization.Methods:200 cases were divided into two groups.In group A,the husband of 157 women is younger than 40 years old;In group B,the husbands of 43 women were older than 40 years old.The females in both groups were younger than 35 years old,and the pregnancy outcomes in two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:When the male age was 25 ~ 50 years old,there was no significant difference in male semen index between groups, P>0.05.The clinical pregnancy rate in group A was 60.5%,and in group B was 58.1%,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the number of abortions,ectopic pregnancy,number of stillbirths and live births between group A and group B (P>0.05).There was 1 case of neonatal malformation in group A and 0 case in group B.There was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of newborns,birth weight and gestational age between groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Women younger than 35 years old (husband age 22 to 55 years old) were given in vitro fertilization to help pregnancy,pregnancy outcome was not affected.
