摘　　要：原发性痛经指生殖器官无明显器质性病变的痛经,是妇科最常见的病症之一,症状严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来以中医按摩疗法、运动疗法等非手术疗法在治疗原发性痛经中取得了显著性效果。本文综述按摩与运动两种疗法对原发性痛经的研究进展,对二者原发性痛经的治疗效果、方法等进行分析与总结,得出按摩疗法作为传统疗法一直得到患者青睐,同时目前也演变出多种新兴手法,但无法确定与传统手法相比各自的优劣。运动疗法作为一种新兴疗法目前逐渐被患者接受,但缺少对不同症状特点形成统一的症状分型,从而难以给患者制订出出统一规范且最优的运动处方。若能对原发性痛经的病理和转归机制再深入研究,同时系统对比出各种治疗方法的优劣,则将对原发性痛经的治疗水平产生更大影响。Primary dysmenorrhea refers to the dysmenorrhea without obvious organic lesions in the reproductive organs.It is one of the most common diseases in gynecology,and its symptoms seriously affect the quality of life of patients.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy,sports therapy and other non-surgical therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea have achieved significant results.In this paper,the research progress of two kinds of therapy to treat primary dysmenorrhea,massage and exercise,is reviewed,analysis and summary of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea effect,methods is made,it is concluded that massage therapy as a traditional therapy is welcome by the patients,at the same time,a variety of emerging technique is also developed,but compared with the system,the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of methods could not be determined.As an emerging therapy,sports therapy is gradually accepted by patients,but there is a lack of unified symptom classification for different symptom characteristics,so it is difficult to formulate a unified standard and optimal exercise prescription for patients.If the pathology and mechanism of primary dysmenorrhea can be further studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods can be systematically compared,the treatment level of primary dysmenorrhea will further leap forward.
