摘　　要：公共服务状况体现一个国家、一个地区社会事业的发展程度,越来越关乎老百姓的幸福指数。社区公共服务供给是整个公共服务供给体系的子体系,是公共服务的重要基础。要坚持人人尽责、人人享有,坚守底线、突出重点,完善制度、引导预期,完善公共服务体系,保障群众基本生活,不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,不断促进社会公平正义,形成有效的社会治理、良好的社会秩序,使人民获得感、幸福感、安全感更加充实、更有保障、更可持续。The status of public service embodies the development degree of social undertakings in a country and a region. It is more and more concerned with the happiness index of ordinary people. The community public service supply is a sub-system of the whole public service supply system and an important part of public service.We must uphold everyone's responsibility and enjoyment for everyone, stick to the bottom line, highlight key points, improve the system, guide expectations, improve the public service system, protect the basic livelihood of the people,continuously meet the people's growing needs for a better life, and constantly promote social fairness and justice,form effective social governance and a good social order, so that people's sense of well-being,happiness and security are more substantial, more secure and more sustainable.
