摘 要:公共管理专业大学生拥有相对较宽的公共视野,其掌握的公共管理专业知识和由此生发的公共管理情怀在很大程度上使得他们在毕业后有加入公共部门的从业偏好,是国家党政干部、公共事业单位领导干部和员工的重要来源,其廉政素质高低关乎公共部门的廉洁程度。在知识内化的视角下公共管理专业大学生廉政意识的内化过程呈现出消退区、强化区、稳定区三个阶段,由此可构建出廉政意识内化的"三区"模型。根据"三区"模型的原理,公共管理专业大学生廉政意识培育路径主要有:课程设置上要注重正反刺激内容的结合;教学方式上要促进廉政知识的螺旋;协同教育上要做到学校、社会、家庭"三位一体"。Students majoring in public administration have a relatively broader vision for public affairs,whose specialized knowledge in public administration and the inclination for such affairs contribute to a large extent to their willingness to join related departments after graduation,and are thus important resources of cadres in Party and government organizations,leaders and staff in public departments.Their awareness in clean governance affects the extent of integrity in public-affairs departments.The internalization process of integrity awareness of such students,from the perspective of knowledge internalization,goes through the three stages of regression,intensification,and stabilization,hence the three-stage model for the internalization of integrity awareness.The model provides the means for nurturing integrity awareness of such students: the combination of positive and negative stimuli in course arrangements;spiral accumulation of integrity knowledge in teaching methods;the "Trinity" of universities,society,and family in coordinated education.
