体液细胞沉渣涂片免疫组化染色在临床确诊中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析体液细胞沉渣涂片免疫组化染色在临床确诊中的作用。方法选取本院2016年1月~2018年5月临床各科室送检的150例患者体液标本作为研究对象,所有标本均于2h内完成检验,均采用HE染色和免疫组化染色进行检验,观察两种检查方法诊断结果。结果免疫组化染色检验诊断准确率显著高于HE染色检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用免疫组化染色检验体液细胞沉渣涂片检查能够有效提高临床诊断准确率,为临床诊断提供可靠的参考。Objective To analyze the role of immunohistochemical staining of humoral cell sediment smear in clinical diagnosis.Methods The humoral samples of 150 patients sent by clinical departments of our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects.All samples were tested within 2h by HE staining and immunohistochemical staining, and the diagnosis results of the two methods were observed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of immunohistochemical staining was significantly higher than that of HE staining,P<0.05.Conclusion Immunohistochemical staining can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and provide a reliable reference for clinical diagnosis.
