摘　　要：目的探讨术前心理护理对小儿眼科麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率的影响。方法选取行眼科手术患儿130例(年龄3~6岁),随机分为术前眼罩遮盖心理护理组(I组)及对照组(C组),每组65例患者。采用PAED评分法观察两组患者的躁动评分及躁动发生率,并记录两组患者PACU停留时间及生命体征。结果I组患儿的PAED评分及躁动发生率均明显对于C组(P<0.05),在PACU期间,I组患儿的心率明显低于D组(P<0.05)。两组患儿在PACU停留的时间无统计学差别(P>0.05)。结论术前眼罩遮盖护理策略可显著降低小儿眼科麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率。Objective To investigate the role of preoperative nursing care by eye-patch preconditioning in emergence agitation in children undergoing ophthalmic surgery.Methods A total of 130 children,aged from 3 to 6 years,undergoing ophthalmic surgery was enrolled in this trial and randomized into two groups to receive preoperative nursing care (group I) or not (group C).The PAED score and incidences of emergence agitation were evaluated,and the PACU stay time and vital signs during PACU stay were recorded.Results ThePAED score and incidences of emergence agitation were significantly decreased in group I as compared with group C(P<0.05),further,the heart rates in group I were lower than that in group C during the period of PACU(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in PACU stay time between both groups.Conclusion Preoperative nursing care by eye-patch preconditioning can attenuate emergence agitation in pediatric ophthalmic anesthesia.
