替诺福韦酯在妊娠慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨替诺福韦酯在妊娠慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院92例妊娠慢性乙型肝炎患者,按照随机数字表法分组,46例为对照组,以常规保肝治疗,观察组46例,行替诺福韦酯治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果孕早期两组患者ALT复常率、HBV-DNA转阴率均无较大差异性(P>0.05);孕中期及孕晚期观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);新生儿阻断成功率观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论替诺福韦酯在改善妊娠慢性乙型肝炎患者病情,阻断母婴间HBV垂直传播方面可发挥积极作用,值得推广。Objective To investigate the value of tenofovir disoproxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods 92 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital were enrolled in this study. According to the random number table method, 46 patients were in the control group.The patients were treated with conventional liver protection.46 patients in the observation group were treated with tenofovir. effect.Results There was no significant difference in ALT recurrence rate and HBV-DNA conversion rate between the two groups in the early pregnancy (p >0.05).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the second trimester and the third trimester (P<0.05).The blocking success rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tenofovir disoproxil can play an active role in improving the condition of pregnant patients with chronic hepatitis B and blocking the vertical transmission of HBV between mother and baby. It is worthy of promotion.
