曲美他嗪联合米力农对缺血性心肌病心衰的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨曲美他嗪联合米力农对缺血性心肌病心衰的疗效。方法入选2014年1月至2017年9月我院急诊科因缺血性心肌病心衰住院患者180例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组A为常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗;对照组B为常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗;对照组C为常规治疗加用米力农治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪和米力农治疗,比较四组患者心功能指标改善情况以及疗效。结果经治疗后观察组住院期间心衰总有效率、心功能指标BNP、LVEF改善情况均显著高于其他三组。结论曲美他嗪联合米力农对缺血性心肌病心衰的近期疗效肯定,未见明显不良反应,值得推广。Objective To study the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with milrinone in the treatment of heart failure in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods From January 2014 to September 2017,a total of 180 ischemic cardiomyopathy patients were hospitalized in our department for heart failure.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group A was treated with conventional therapy of cardiac, diuretic, and vasodilator.Control group B was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of conventional treatment. Control group C was treated with milrinone on the basis of conventional treatment. The observation group was treated on the basis of conventional therapy Plus trimetazidine and milrinone treatment. The differences in improving cardiac function and efficacy were compared among the groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of heart failure and the improvement of BNP and LVEF were significantly higher in the observation group than in the other three groups.Conclusion The recent effect of trimetazidine combined with milrinone on the ischemic cardiomyopathy with heart failure is positive and no obvious adverse reaction,which is worthy of promotion.
