瑶族抗癫痫药物皮肤不良反应患者的HLA-B~*1502基因分析及其护理策略研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析瑶族人群抗癫痫药物产生不良反应患者的HLA-B*1502基因及其对应的护理策略选择。方法对2017年6月~2018年8月我院4例服用抗癫痫药物后出现皮肤不良反应的瑶族癫痫患者,留取其血样进行HLA-B*1502基因检测。对该类患者采用针对型的护理措施,并将其护理结果与HLA-B*1502基因结果比较,分析患者间护理效果与HLA-B*1502基因型的是否存在差异性。结果 4例患者中,HLA-B*1502基因检测结果为阳性的有1例,阴性的为3例。采取针对型的护理措施后,HLA-B*1502基因阳性与阴性的患者间,其护理效果比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论服用抗癫痫药物治疗后出现皮肤不良反应的广东瑶族癫痫患者中,HLA-B*1502基因阳性的比例较高,对该类患者采用针对型护理方案,有效地缓解患者的不良反应。Objective To study and analyze the HLA-B*1502 gene of patients of Yao nationality withadverse reactionsinduced by antiepileptic drugs and the corresponding nursing strategies. Methods Four patients of Yao nationality who had cutaneous adverse reactions after taking antiepileptic drugs in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2018 were selected. Their Blood samples were collected for HLA-B*1502 gene detection. They were given targeted nursing measures. The nursing results were compared with the HLA-B*1502 gene results to analyze whether there was a difference in nursing effects among patients and the HLA-B*1502 genotype. Results Among the 4 patients,test results of HLA-B*1502 gene were positive in 1 case and negative in 3 cases. After adopting targeted nursing measures,there was no significant difference in the nursing effect between patients with positive and negative HLA-B*1502 gene(P> 0.05). Conclusion In epilepsy patients of Yao nationality in Guangdong province who havecutaneous adverse reactions after taking antiepileptic drugs, the proportion of positive HLA-B*1502 gene is the highest. Targeted nursing programs are adopted in this type of patients to effectively alleviate adverse reactions in patients.
