摘 要:目的探讨人性化管理在护士排班中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年8月~2018年8月在内科工作的护士40例作为研究对象,将其随机划分为观察组与对照组。其中,对照组护士采用的为常规管理模式,观察组护士则是采用人性化管理模式。对两组护士工作状态以及整体效率进行评价,比较确定不同护理方法的实际应用效果。结果观察组护士的排班满意度显著高于对照组,观察组护士职业倦怠感低于对照组,同时个人成就感高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论人性化管理方法在护士排班中应用效果明显,对提高护理工作效率具有积极的推动效果,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the application of humanized management in nurse scheduling. Methods 40 nurses who worked in department of internal medicine in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Nurses in the control group were given routine management mode whole nurses in the observation group were given humanized management mode.The working state and overall efficiency of nurses in the two groups were evaluated,and the practical application effects of different nursing methods were compared and determined. Results The satisfaction with scheduling of nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The occupational burnout sense of nurses in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the sense of personal achievement was higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized management method has an obvious application effect in nurse scheduling and a positive driving effect on improving the efficiency of nursing work,which is of value of promotion value.
