摘 要:针对高含水和特高含水情况下阻抗式含水率计含水率测量精度不高的问题,研制了分流式电导含水率计。设计了U型水相分流机构,通过分流部分水流量,提高阻抗传感器在高含水情况下含水率的测量精度。已在大庆油田、吉林油田高含水井和特高含水井进行现场应用,现场应用表明,仪器工作稳定,含水率测量精度高,为识别特高产水层,指导和评价堵水选层、补孔、压裂等效果提供可靠依据,有较好的应用前景。A distributary conductivity water cut meter was developed based on this study, to improve the accuracy of water cut measurement, which is low from an impedance water cut meter for cases of high and ultra-high water cut. The distributary conductivity water cut meter uses a U-shaped water separator to distribute some water to improve the accuracy of impedance sensor at high water cut. Applied in high water cut wells and ultra-high water cut wells in Daqing oilfield and Jilin oilfield, the new meter worked stably and delivered water cut measurement with high accuracy. It provides a reliable basis for identifying ultra-high water cut layers, guiding and evaluating plugging, perforating and fracturing operations, and has a good prospect of application in oilfields with high water cut.
