摘 要:吲哚是一种比较重要的精细化工原料,可以使用在植保、医药、香料、染料、食品及饲料添加剂等领域。对吲哚及其衍生化合物的合成及精制方法的研究,一直是国内外科研人员的研发对象。本实验对一种吲哚的制备工艺进行了研究。在吲哚合成研究中,本实验研究了以邻甲基苯胺和甲酸为原料合成甲酰化物,甲酰化物与KOH形成甲酰化物钾盐,后脱水环合制得吲哚钾盐,加水得到吲哚。Indole is an important fine chemical widely used for the syntheses of agricultural chemicals,pharmaceuticals,perfumes,dyes,and additives to foods and feed stocks.Therefore,syntheses and purity methods of Indole are intensively pursued by research workers in the field all over the world.A kind of the synthesis and purification method of Indole was studied.Formyl compounds were synthesized from o-Toluidine and formic acid,and then it formed potassium salt by adding KOH,then after dehydration and cyclization potassium salt of Indole was produced,Indole was obtained from potassium salt of Indole by adding water.
