摘  要:研究无卤阻燃剂组份及其含量对无卤阻燃聚丙烯氧指数(OI)影响:实验表明阻燃剂添加量增加至25%时,氧指数已经高达36;高分子量聚磷酸(APP)含量不变,增加成碳助剂含量,阻燃聚丙烯氧指数增加;添加成碳助剂含量固定,增加高分子量聚磷酸铵,无卤阻燃聚丙烯氧指数增加;研究氧化锌对无卤阻燃聚丙烯氧指数影响,发现增加氧化锌含量有利于增加无卤阻燃聚丙烯氧指数。The effects of different components and their contents of halogen-free flame retardants on the oxygen index of halogen free flame retardant polypropylene were studied.It was found that when the content of halogen-free flame retardants increased to 25%,the oxygen index was as high as 36.When the content of high molecular weight polyphosphate(APP)was constant,the oxygen index of the flame retardant polypropylene increased as the content of carbon-forming agent increased.When carbon-forming agent was unchanged,it was found that the amount of APP increased,the oxygen index of the halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene increased.The effect of zinc oxide on the oxygen index of halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene was studied.The results showed that increasing the zinc oxide content was beneficial to increase the oxygen index of the halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene.
