摘  要:对比了差示扫描量热法(DSC)与调制差示扫描量热法(MDSC)的技术差别,并使用DSC和MDSC分别对不同回料添加量线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的熔融行为进行了分析。对测试结果进行了比较,得出了分辨疑似LLDPE回料的优化MDSC测试条件:温度范围40℃~200℃,升温速率3℃/min,调制周期60s,调制振幅±1℃,吹扫气体为N2,吹扫流量50mL/min。结果表明,采用MDSC测试方法能快速分辨LLDPE样品中是否含疑似回料,同时能区分实验中的可逆和不可逆过程,弥补了DSC测试方法的局限性。The technical differences between differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and modulated differential scanning calorimetry(MDSC)were compared.The melting behaviors of linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)samples with different adding amounts of recycled LLDPE were analyzed by DSC and MDSC respectively.By comparing the test results,the optimum MDSC test conditions on distinguishing suspected recycled LLDPE were obtained:heating range 40℃~200℃,heating rate 3℃/min,modulation period 60s,modulation amplitude±1℃,purging gas N 2,purging flow rate 50mL/min.From the test results,it can be seen that the MDSC test method can quickly find out the suspected recycled LLDPE,and can distinguish the reversible and irreversible processes in the experiment,which makes up for the limitations of the DSC test method.
