摘 要:针对大量废弃家电压缩机难以拆解回收或再制造的问题,研发了一种专用的压缩机智能回收拆解设备,控制刀具恒深切割,保证了压缩机内部零件的完好无损。分析了回收拆解设备的工作原理,建立了铣刀拆解的数学模型,计算求解了各个方向的切削负载。设计了压缩机水平移动和回转运动的伺服进给传动机构,并对伺服电机和滚珠丝杠等关键部件进行了计算、选型和校核。结果表明,该设备承受切削负荷的两个伺服进给机构均具有较好的伺服性能,启动速度快,空载速度高,定位精度和重复定位精度高,稳定性好,满足压缩机精密拆解的需要。Aiming at the problems of difficult dismantling,recycling or remanufacturing of large number of discarded household appliance compressors,a special kind of intelligent recycling and dismantling equipment for compressor is developed,which can control the cutting tool to cut at a constant depth and ensure the integrity of the internal parts of the compressor without damage. The working principle of the dismantling equipment is analyzed,the mathematical model of the milling cutter dismantling is established and the cutting loads in various directions are calculated and solved. The servo feeding mechanism of the horizontal and rotary motion of the compressor is designed,and the key components,such as servo motors and ball screws are calculated,selected and checked. Dismantling results show that the two servo feeding mechanisms,which bear the cutting loads,have good servo performances,high starting speeds,high no-load speeds,high positioning precisions and repeatabilities,good stabilities,and meet the demands of the precise dismantling of the compressors.
