牛至油替代肉用仔鸡日粮中抗生素效果的研究

摘　　要：选用1日龄健康的青脚麻肉用雏鸡270只,将其分为3组:试验1组(在基础日粮中添加抗生素,对照)、2组(在基础日粮中添加牛至油制剂50mg/kg)和3组(在基础日粮中添加牛至油制剂100mg/kg),饲养试验周期56d。研究结果表明:试验2组和3组鸡的平均日增重显著高于对照组,血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著低于对照组,试验2、3组鸡的血清总蛋白、免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白M含量显著多于对照组;试验2组鸡的血清尿素氮含量显著低于对照组;试验3组鸡的血清谷草转氨酶活性显著弱于对照组,血清免疫球蛋白A含量极显著高于对照组,胸肌失水率较对照组降低了24.50%(P<0.05)。因此,牛至油制剂可使肉仔鸡增重加快,改善营养代谢,增强免疫机能,改善鸡肉品质;牛至油能替代肉用仔鸡日粮中抗生素;肉用仔鸡日粮中牛至油制剂的适宜用量为50~100mg/kg。A total of 270 heads of 1-day-old healthy broiler chickens were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups: group 1 (basal diet supplemented with antibiotics, the control group), group 2 (basal diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg oregano oil premix) and group 3 (basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg oregano oil premix), and they were reared for 56 days in this experiment.The results were obtained as follows: the average daily gain of broiler chickens in group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that in control group, the activity of serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase was significantly lower than that in control group, and the contents of serum total protein, Ig G and Ig M were significantly higher than those in control group;the content of serum urea-nitrogen of broiler chickens in group 2 was significantly lower than that in control group;the activity of serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase of broiler chickens in group 3 was significantly lower than that in control group, the content of serum Ig A was very significantly higher than that in control group, and the pectorales moisture loss rate was 24.50% lower (P <0.05) than that in control group.Therefore, oregano oil can promote the growth of broiler chickens, improve their metabolism of nutrition and biochemistry, enhance their immune function, and improve their meat quality.The application effects of oregano oil in diet of broiler chickens are better than those of antibiotics.The optimal supplementation of oregano oil premix in diet of broiler chickens is 50-100 mg/kg.
