摘  要:对某型数控刀架端齿盘疲劳寿命及由磨损带来的精度退化现象进行了分析。利用有限元软件基于实际测量切削数据对刀架内齿盘的疲劳寿命进行了求解,计算出内齿盘疲劳寿命的时间。利用Archard模型对端齿盘啮合面进行磨损建模,得到端齿盘的精度退化模型,该模型可对端齿盘啮合面间磨损的趋势及磨损对刀架精度退化造成的影响进行预估。In this paper,the fatigue life and the precision degradation of the CNC turret caused by wear are analyzed.Based on the practical measured cutting data,the finite element method is used to calculate the fatigue life time of the inner tooth disk.Archard model is used to establish the wear model of the end-tooth-disc meshing surface,which is used to obtain its precision degradation model.This model can be used to predict the trend of the wear of the meshing surface of the end-tooth-disc and the influence of the wear on the accuracy degradation of the turret system.
