摘 要:针对轴承行业以车、锻方式生产轴承柱面滚子成本高、效率低的问题,以直径36mm、长度40mm柱面滚子为例,采用单孔型设计方法,设计了一套以轧制中等直径轴承柱面滚子的轧辊,计算了轧辊主要参数,运用Pro/E软件对轧辊结构进行了实体建模。经过热轧生产验证,轧件无缺陷,轧辊结构设计合理,可为轴承滚子热轧生产和工艺优化提供参考。The problems of low efficiency and high cost exsit in using forging method to produce bearing cylindrical roller.This paper takes 36 mm diameter and length 40 mm cylindrical roller as an example.A set of rollers with medium diameter cylindrical roller rolling are designed by using single-hole design method.The main parameters of roll are calculated and the solid model of roll structure is established by Pro/E software.The results show that the roll structure meets the design rewuirements,and the efficiency and cost of hot rolling are better than that of turning and common hot forging.The design provides a theoretical basis for the NC machining and roller production of the following rollers,and gives a reference to the hot rolling and forming of similar parts and their optimal design.
