摘 要:为了进行模型的故障监测和诊断,需要一个更准确的单梁起重机模型来定位和量化故障。因此,有必要对已建立的有限元模型进行修正。在对传感器布置和激振位置进行分析的基础上,通过运行模态分析获得了单梁起重机的模态参数。在AnsysWorkbench建立初始有限元模型后,基于灵敏度分析确定待修正参数,对待修正参数进行试验设计,建立二次多项式响应面。在响应面评价合格后,根据实际模态参数利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对目标函数进行全局寻优,获得更加精确的初始条件。最后利用锤击法试验模态分析与修正后模型的谐响应分析对比,验证已修正模型的精度。To realize fault monitoring and diagnosis based on model,a more accurate model of single beam crane is needed,which is used to locate and quantify the fault.Therefore,it is necessary to update the established finite element model.Based on the analysis of the sensor layout and the excitation position,the modal parameters of the single beam crane are obtained through the operation mode analysis;after the establishment of the initial finite element model in Ansys Workbench,it is determined to update the parameters based on the sensitivity analysis,then,the parameters are used to do the design experiment and build a response surface of quadratic polynomial.After the evaluation of the response surface,NSGA-II algorithm is used for global optimization of objective function according to the actual modal parameters.Finally,the contrast and final analysis are done by hammer test modal analysis and the modified model of harmonic.The accuracy of the modified model is verified.
