摘 要:针对物场分析功能建模的局限性、抽象性和标准解使用的模糊性问题,提出一种基于物场分析与可拓学的概念创新设计模型。结合黑箱模型和组件分析法建立产品功能模型,获得不足之处。基于对应关系建立事元物场模型,结合标准解和可拓变换进行创新求解,采用可拓优度评价法实现方案优选。以自行车鞍座为实例,验证概念创新设计模型的正确性。Due to the limitation,abstraction and ambiguity of standard solution in function field modeling,a conceptual innovation design model based on field analysis and extensics is proposed.Combined with the black box model and the component analysis method,the product function model is established,and the shortcomings are obtained.Based on the corresponding relation,the matter field model of matter element is established,and the standard solution and extension transformation are used to solve the innovation,and the optimization of the scheme is realized by the extension optimization method.Taking the bicycle saddle as an example,the correctness of the proposed conceptual innovation design model is verified.
