摘 要:利用磁流变阻尼器阻尼力连续动态可调的特点,将其应用在自动武器后坐缓冲系统中,以解决其不可控的问题。根据磁流变阻尼器动力学模型,对武器后坐过程进行分析,得出其动力学方程;利用单神经元PSD算法鲁棒性强,易于达到全局最优的特点,设计了控制器;通过仿真和试验验证,数据显示本算法对磁流变阻尼器可以实现很好的控制效果,有效地抑制了冲击载荷对后坐系统的影响,实现了后坐力“平台”效应,为自动武器的可控后坐缓冲系统研究提供了有价值的参考。With the characteristics of the damping force of magneto-rheological damper being conti-nuous,dynamic and adjustable,it is applied to recoil buffer system of automatic weapon to solve the uncontrollable problem.First,in accordance with the dynamic model of MR damper,the recoil process of the weapon was analyzed with its dynamic equation obtained.Then,the controller was designed by using single neuron PSD algorithm,which is robust and prone to reach the global optimum.Finally,through simulation and experimental verification,the data show that the algorithm can achieve a good control effect on the MR damper,and that it can effectively restrain the influence of impact load on the recoil system and bring about the recoil“platform”effect,which provides valuable references for the research of controllable recoil buffer system of automatic weapons.
