摘　　要：为了使航空公司更加了解其机队的运营情况,确保机队的初始规划能够在短时间内取得收益,基于ERP模型对中小航空公司机队运营经济性进行分析,选取某中小航空公司2012年至2017年机队的运营数据,计算出5年内的机队年净现金流和净现值,验证了该航空公司运行方案具备经济可行性,为国内中小航空公司的发展提供了经验。In order to make airlines more aware of the operation of their fleet,ensure that the initial planning of the fleet can make a profit in a short period of time.Based on the ERP model,this paper analyzes the economics of small and medium-sized airline fleet operations,selects the fleet operation data of a small and medium-sized airline from 2012 to 2017,and calculates the annual net cash flow and net present value of the fleet within 5 years.The airline's operating plan is economically viable and provides experience for the development of small and medium-sized airlines in China.
