摘 要:针对采用单点传感器的火灾检测系统误报率高、抗干扰能力差的缺点,通过对动力锂电池热失控引发火灾演变机理的分析,设计了一种基于证据理论的动力锂电池火灾检测装置。采用高斯函数表征温度、烟雾、易燃挥发气体等3种关键火灾特征,建立合理的信任度函数,基于证据理论对多类型传感器得到的数据进行分析,融合研判火灾状态结果。试验结果表明,该装置提高了火灾检测的准确性和可信度,对于新能源汽车动力锂电池火灾预警方法的研究具有较大实用价值。Aiming at the disadvantages of high false alarm rate and poor anti-interference ability of single point sensor in the fire detection system, based on the texture analysis of fire evolution caused by thermal runaway of power lithium battery, a kind of power lithium battery fire detection device based on evidence theory is proposed in this paper. Gaussian function was used to characterize the trust function of temperature, smoke and flammable and volatile gas sensors to detect the characteristic quantity of fire. The experimental results show that the device improves the accuracy and reliability of fire detection, and is of great practical value for the research on fire warning of new energy automobile power lithium battery.
